Multi-Client Management
Multi-client management is built into Seliq’s architecture — not bolted on. Every client gets a fully isolated workspace. Every MSSP analyst gets a consolidated view across all clients they’re assigned to. Data never crosses workspace boundaries unless you explicitly enable cross-client correlation.
The workspace model
Section titled “The workspace model”In Seliq, a workspace maps to a single client environment. It contains:
- That client’s connected integrations
- Their incident queue and history
- Their SLA configuration
- Their asset inventory
- Their report templates and delivery settings
Analysts can be assigned to one workspace (dedicated) or multiple (shared). An analyst only sees data for workspaces they’re assigned to.
Workspace isolation guarantees:
- Alerts from Client A are never visible in Client B’s queue
- Search and AI correlation operate within a single workspace by default
- API keys and credentials are scoped per workspace
The MSSP dashboard
Section titled “The MSSP dashboard”The MSSP dashboard (available to Admin and Owner roles) shows an aggregated view across all client workspaces:
- Open incident count per client, coloured by severity
- SLA status: on track, at risk, or breached — per client
- Analyst assignment and workload distribution
- A global search that spans all workspaces you have access to
From the MSSP dashboard you can click into any client workspace without logging out and back in.
Analyst assignment
Section titled “Analyst assignment”Analysts can be assigned to client workspaces in three ways:
Dedicated assignment — An analyst owns specific clients. They only see those clients’ queues. Best for high-volume clients that need a dedicated responder.
Pool assignment — Multiple analysts share a client’s queue. Incidents are unassigned by default and claimed on a first-come basis. Best for lower-volume clients.
Escalation assignment — A senior analyst is assigned as the escalation point for one or more clients without being in the primary queue. They receive escalation notifications and can access the client workspace at any time.
